| Gina Grogan - Lead Vocals, Piano, PercussionGina grew up in the Eastern Idaho region. She studied music in High School and at Idaho State University. With a solid background in music theater she brings fun and spunky mood the stage. Her transition through different styles of music including Motown, Country, & Ballads will leave you with a sense that you have been truly entertained. Gina's music inspirations include Mary Chapen Carpenter, Stevie Wonder, any Motown, and Etta James. | |
| Sal has been a working musician in corporate bands for over 15 years. Super Curve is project #4 he has put together for private events with a focus on high-energy entertainment. In addition to perfecting piano & organ phrasing, Sal brings to the act a knowledge for adding those special horn, string, & synth parts needed for big song productions. His musical inspirations include: Steely Dan, Billy Joel, any Motown / Funk Brothers hit, and the harmonies of the Eagles and Journey. | |
| Dave was raised in North Sacramento, California. He Went to Grant Union High school and played in a soul band. Coming from a family of musicians his mother was a professional singer. Dave's father was also a singing cowboy in the 40s & 50s. Dave learned to play saxophone at an early age and moved on to piano from there. Playing in the Reno, Tahoe , Vegas club circuit gave him a solid foundation for performance. In 1984 Dave was fortunate to find himself on stage at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville representing California’s winners of the Wrangler Jeans and Dodge Trucks talent competition with his original act, California Gold. He has opened concerts for The Brothers Johnson, Paul Revere and The Raiders, Johnny Paycheck, Marshall Tucker Band, Sawyer Brown, Greg Kihn, The Coasters, The Drifters, The Shirelles, Sam Moore of Sam and Dave. | Chris has been perfecting his guitar chops for the last 30+ years. Playing in high-end clubs and casinos at an early age, he's had the opportunity to play many styles of music and be on stage with top acts. Super Curve has been the ideal vehicle for Chris to exploit these talents. | John Wade - Drums, Percussion John is from the north bay area of California and played from 1980 to 1995 in original rock, jazz, fusion, wordbeat, and blues groups during that time. Moved to the Boise area in 2002 and is developing a reputation for rock solid feel in just about any genre. His is an easy going personality in a hard grooving natural drummer. Favorite quote: "What is the message of your music?" Robert plant of Led Zepplin responds, "A message of enjoyment". Previous Projects/Bands Started playing to Beatles records as a child, formal lessons started at 13. Nick Gravenities (of Electric Flag) in California and Lori B! in Boise.
